Continuing Studies Refund Policy

Refund policy for continuing studies courses (MPIOC, TCP courses, workshops and weekend classes):

• All continuing studies courses and workshops are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule your course, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your course’s start. Any rescheduling will be subject to availability and will incur a $25 fee.
• If you are unable to attend your course and do not provide notice more than 14 days before your course begins, no rebooking or refund will be offered.

This policy does not apply to full-time studies tuition or fees, or for any other program that requires PTIB approval.
