Dylan Hartley
After graduating from the Documentary Film Program, Dylan Hartley took his grad project idea and ran. In partnership with Troy Terwiel and with support from InFocus, the duo entered Telus Storyhive contest. After winning $10,000, they were able to produce the first episode of their doc webseries Shy Guys.
Dylan and Troy’s latest collaboration, the short film Alexa, was a move away from Documentary.The short drama directed by Dylan echoed the intensive spirit of InFocus, going from concept to finished film in 72 hours (and one minute).
Dylan now works at InFocus Film School.
